GreenRepublic collects recyclable materials direct from consumers. This method of harvesting ensures that our users are actively involved in recycling activities, while also generating neat and dirt-free materials, which saves us a lot of cost, ensures that our materials are free from contaminants and adds value to the recycling process.

After collection, we process and bale the recyclable materials at our Collection Hubs, before shipping them off to recycling and manufacturing plants who use them as raw materials in the manufacture of various products like Pegs, Hangers, Carpets, Polyester Fiber, Chairs, Tables, Buckets, Aluminium Ingots, Craft Papers etc.

GreenRepublic runs a door-to-door collection and drop-off service. Our users can either request for pick-up or walk into one of our Collection Hubs (Green Hubs), to drop off their recyclable materials.

We collect the following items:

• Used Beverage Cans (UBC)
• Brown Corrugated Cartons (BCC)
• PET Plastic Bottles (PET)
• Pure Water Sachets (PWS)
• Old Newspapers (ONP)
• Glass bottles (GBS)

When you hand over any of these recyclable materials to us, we count them and record your Green Points (GP), which you can use to buy Cash or Household items on our Green Market. We also give you our Green Booklet for your own records.
